Our last digest in 2022 is less about reading texts and more about visual and creative inputs for you and your teams. Merry Christmas & Happy Holiday!

  1. ChatGPT — Your colleagues might have been into it already, so catch up quickly. This is a big one. Go and play with it. Ask curious questions, don’t skip agile-related ones. Then think about how to apply what you got back in your daily job.
  2. The tyranny of small decisions & The tragedy of the commons — Two concepts to think about over the holiday season. I will keep them in mind throughout the following year when planning and advising on any organizational changes in teams or when talking with team members about the impacts of executing/not doing specific responsibilities. So next time when someone comes up with a seemingly smart idea, you may test it through the lens of these principles.
  3. Flowmodoro — A productivity technique derived from the famous Pomodoro. If the original didn’t work for you, or you have never tried it, why not start here? The good thing is you can time a meeting this way as well.
